The Dads of Wisconsin Mission Statement:

Dads of Wisconsin promotes the rights of capable parents to have equal authority, equal placement time and equal financial obligations to their children in non-intact families affected by divorce and paternity rulings. This involves an activist agenda of legislative reform, judicial education and public awareness on the value of having both parents completely committed to the raising of their children, regardless of the parents’ marital status.

Dads of Wisconsin needs your help!!

We know with this tough economy we are all suffering, some more than others.
Being a non-profit we rely on donations from those who understand our cause. Any donations, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated!!!

In order to continue our efforts we need donations to keep up with things like, the P.O. box, the website and funding trips to Madison (We've taken about a dozen this year so far!)

There are two ways to donate. First, you can go on our website ( dadsofwisconsin.org ) and scroll down. Underneath the visitor counter is a pretty blue and yellow button that reads "Donate". The other way to donate is sending a check to

Thanks for all the support you have given us already! We are so glad to have the chance to strive for justice in something as important as the lives of children, parents and families.

Dads of Wisconsin, Inc., is a 501(c)4 grassroots group of men, women and young people working to promote the rights of capable parents to have equal authority, placement time and financial obligations to their children in non-intact families affected by divorce and paternity rulings. This involves an activist agenda of legislative reform, judicial education and public awareness on the value of having both parents completely committed to the raising of their children, regardless of marital status. These goals require huge commitments of time and money.

Most recently we have been involved in lobbying for the passage of AB-54, a bill promoting equal parenting in Wisconsin. If we are successful, it would make us the first state in the nation to do so. The next task on our agenda is to pass a bill to deal with the problem of parents using false allegations of abuse to gain the upper hand in custody cases.
